- Janine Biekens Added August 03, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Doing yoga with Anne-Maree has been one of the most positive decisions I have made for my health and wellbeing, it's my time out to spend quality time on myself, it's helped with my stress and I am getting a much better quality of sleep. I definitely recommend it to any woman going thru menopause.
I attend the relaxation/meditation class on a Monday night & yoga class on a Thursday night both of which I look forward to.... a lot!!
It's really nice to catch up with everyone we have a quick chat over a herbal tea everyone is so friendly and from the moment I started going there I've always felt welcomed.
The studio is so intimate,relaxing and welcoming the classes are small which is a huge benefit as you receive personal attention.
Anne-Maree is extremely knowledgeable so I highly recommend it for anyone with an injury.
It doesn't matter if your a beginner or advanced Anne-Maree can adapt the class for all levels.
Anne-Maree is the best of the best!!
